Delivery Charges:
UK Mainland
– Standard delivery: £3.70 (will usually take 5 working days to arrive)
– Next day delivery: £6.95 (will receive next day if ordered before 12.30 pm Monday to Thursday)
– Orders over £40 are free
Europe (including UK non-mainland)
All orders: £25
Rest of the World
All orders: £40
For this shipping price, we are only able to send a maximum 1200ml of product. If you would like to order more than this please place two separate orders. We are unable to send any of our 5ltr products internationally due to the shipping cost. For any bigger orders please email us at info@wildwash.co.us

Can items in one order be delivered to multiple addresses?
Each order can only be delivered to one specific address. But you can place separate orders and send each to a different address.
What should I do if I think my order is late?
In the unlikely event that after 14 days, you have still not received your order, please email us at info@wildwash.co.us with details of the goods that you have ordered. Please quote your invoice number. This appears on screen when you order and also on your order confirmation email.
I haven’t received all the items I ordered – what do I do?
Please check the confirmation email we sent you on receipt of your order. Then, if you still believe items are missing from your order, please email us at info@wildwash.co.us with your order number. This is stated on your confirmation email and should have been given to you at the end of our checkout process if the transaction went through successfully. We will respond to your query and work to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
What do I do if my goods are damaged?
If your order is shipped to the wrong address or you receive it damaged or defective, we’ll give you a full refund or replacement. You must notify us of this within 7 days of delivery by email to info@wildwash.co.us, quoting your invoice number, describing the damage involved and attaching photos of the damage to the email. We will issue you with a returns reference number and give you instructions on how to return your goods.
Can I refund and exchange my goods?
We will issue refunds or exchanges as long as you notify us by email within 7 working days of delivery. We will refund or exchange as long as we are satisfied that tamper seals remain in place and the goods are in a re-sellable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any postage costs incurred. If we choose to send you replacement goods in exchange before you have returned the original goods, you must return the original goods within 30 days of receiving the replacement goods. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement goods to the payment card used for the original order. Please email info@wildwash.co.us , and we will issue you a returns reference number and give you instructions on how to return your goods. (Your statutory rights are not affected) In the unlikely event that you dislike or experience a reaction to one of our products, please email info@wildwash.co.us
